Како резултат на новото партнерство со Better Dice Casino, компанијата ITLogistics од Скопје објави оглас за вработување на еден Менаџер за односи со клиентите (Customer Relations) и еден Менаџер за корисничка поддршка (Customer Support). Според објавениот оглас, кандидатите треба да бидат добро организирани, да имаат силен интерес за дигиталниот маркетинг и да имаат основно познавање од индустријата за онлајн игри на среќа.

Job Title: CRM Manager (Customer Relations)

Number: 1 new opening

Location: Skopje, Macedonia

Salary: 400 euros start + bonuses

Office Hours: 09.00 -17.00 (Monday to Friday)

Duties of a CRM Manager include:

  • Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organisation and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
  • Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch points with the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities.
  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
  • Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM.
  • Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
  • Overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS.
  • Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.

The ideal background of a CRM Manager:

 Extensive experience of direct and digital marketing ideally in a similar industry.

Strong background in re-engagement and retention strategies.

A Confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organisation.

Location: Skopje, Macedonia

Salary: 400 euros start + bonuses

Office Hours: 09.00 -17.00 (Monday to Friday)


Proven customer support experience

Familiar with CRM systems and practices

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Excellent English

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
