Семос Едукација бара Маркетинг Специјалист кој ќе биде одговорен за планирање и изведба на интегрирани маркетинг кампањи, креирање содржини за дигитални канали, управување со буџети и анализа на резултати. Позицијата вклучува соработка со креативни и продажни тимови, организирање на настани и одржување на конзистентен бренд имиџ.
Клучни одговорности:
- Планирање и спроведување на маркетинг кампањи (социјални медиуми, Google Ads, е-пошта, настани).
- Креирање и уредување на содржини за веб, блог, социјални мрежи.
- Следење и анализа на перформанси на кампањи и подготовка на извештаи.
- Организација и промоција на настани и активности за брендирање.
Платата за оваа позиција изнесува од 50.000 до 60.000 денари, во зависност од искуството, плус бонус по резултати.
Локација: Скопје (работа од канцеларија, со можност за работа од дома 2 дена месечно)

ABOUT THE JOB
Are you a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for creative, data-driven marketing?
Semos Education is expanding its team and opening the position of Marketing Specialist — a role with significant impact on our brand visibility, communication efforts, and commercial success across our portfolio of trainings, programs, and academies.
You will work closely with marketing managers, the creative and digital teams, sales teams, and product owners — on both local and international markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy & Planning
- Contribute to the development of annual marketing plans and targets.
- Conduct market, competitor, and trend research to ensure strong product positioning.
- Define target audiences, buyer & user personas, and propose campaign concepts accordingly.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, PPC, email marketing, events).
- Prepare campaign briefs and collaborate with internal and external creative teams (designers, photographers, video producers, agencies).
- Manage campaign budgets and recommend optimizations.
- Ensure the production of high-quality creative materials and content (copy, visuals, landing pages).
Content & Digital Marketing
- Produce content for web pages, social media, blog posts, PR announcements, and email marketing.
- Manage CRM campaigns; work with analytics tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, and Ads Manager.
- Update and maintain mailing lists and prepare mailers/newsletters.
Branding & Events
- Organize and promote conferences, open days, fairs, public events, and B2B activities.
- Maintain consistency of the brand identity and corporate communication across all channels.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance across digital platforms (impressions, CTR, conversions, leads, ROI).
- Prepare insightful reports and propose data-driven improvements.
- Track website and landing page performance and recommend content adjustments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of relevant marketing experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field (preferred).
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and track KPIs.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent command of Macedonian and English.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Creative yet structured approach to work.
- Proactive, responsible, and results oriented.
- Team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness for continuous learning and staying up to date with marketing trends.
